Semi-Sweet Seyval Descriptor: Chamourcin grapes, this time with a medium sugar content. It totally transforms the flavors. The pepper and spice are still there playing a minor roll and the Black Cherry takes front stage for a smooth easy drinking wine.
Dry Chambourcin Descriptor: This is Chambourcin wine that has been aged in Toasted Oak Barrel for approximately 8 months. It has black pepper and spice with some oakiness to it with a nice smoky finish.
